The problem

A service business tracked clients in one place, work in another, and invoices somewhere else — with no single view. Reporting became manual assembly, and nobody trusted numbers that were always out of date.

What we built

One system covering clients, pipeline, projects, tasks, invoicing and reporting. Routine work is automated under a spending limit, every action is written to a record, and a person reviews the output before it goes anywhere. An assistant composes a daily operations brief.

The outcome

The daily brief runs at about $0.04 per run. Every action is recorded and reviewable. Automated tests must pass before any change goes live.

Tools

Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, Claude.

Interactive demo

What a business operating system actually looks like.

Rather than describe it, here is the interface. Click through the sections on the left to see how the day-to-day of a business is handled in one place. The figures below are illustrative sample data, not a real client.
