A new owner, and a business people can find.
The problem
The business changed hands. The site customers had been finding belonged to the previous owner, on the previous owner’s domain — which left the incoming CEO running a real cleaning company with no web presence she actually controlled. In a market where people search, compare three companies and call one, that is not a branding problem. It is a lead problem.
What we built
A complete site on her own domain: home, about, how it works, services, contact, reviews, locations and FAQs. The service copy was written rather than filled in — eight offerings split into residential and commercial, each one naming who it is for and what it actually gets them, so an Airbnb host and a facilities manager each recognise themselves on the page. Enquiry capture sits on the homepage itself rather than behind a contact link, and the team’s bilingual capability is surfaced as the advantage it is in Orlando.
What we run
The engagement did not end at launch. Social management continues on a monthly retainer, so the site has something feeding it rather than sitting still — the difference between a business that has a website and a business that is visible.
The outcome
The company owns its front door. A new CEO took over a business whose web presence belonged to someone else, and now has a site on her own domain, saying what she sells, in her own words, with a way for customers to reach her from the first screen. The engagement continues.
Tools
Built on Wix, deliberately — the owner can update her own hours, services and pricing without coming back to us for a text change. The right platform is the one the client can still run after handover.
