The problem

Gwinnett Go is a delivery service partner — it wins delivery contracts, and each one only earns once screened, trained drivers are running the routes. Winning work was never the constraint; staffing it fast enough, and keeping it staffed, was. An uncovered route is revenue lost that day, and it doesn’t come back. The owner needed someone to run the operation itself, rather than advise on it — including the GoFo delivery account, which we operate on her behalf day to day.

What we run

Recruiting drivers, screening applicants, and running the onboarding pipeline that turns a signed driver into a working one: contract issued and tracked to signature, app access and qualification steps completed, driver added to the team communication group, orientation booked with the site lead at the warehouse. Orientation is scheduled by day, with every driver followed through each step until confirmed live on a route.

The outcome

The measure here is continuity, not a percentage. Across roughly five months, and more than one contract, the operation has stayed staffed and running. When the business wins new work, the operation to deliver it already exists.

Tools

An operations engagement rather than a build — we work inside the systems the business already uses, and add process, tracking and follow-through.
