The problem

A growing startup had reached the point where day-to-day operations needed a dedicated owner — the pipeline moving, the team coordinated, scheduling handled, and clients kept informed — but was not yet at the size or budget for a full-time operations executive.

What we run

We run the operation end to end as fractional operations leadership. That means managing the full pipeline inside the company's own operating and tracking system, coordinating team members and their workload, owning scheduling, handling client communication, auditing internal systems, and reporting to leadership in writing on a regular cadence.

In practice, this is the operations function of the business run by one person: priorities set, work tracked from start to finish, and nothing left waiting on someone to remember it. The client is not named here, and neither are theirs.

The outcome

The measure on this engagement is not a percentage — it is that operations no longer need the founders' attention. The pipeline keeps moving, work stays tracked from first contact through to close, scheduling and client communication are handled, and the team stays focused on winning work rather than coordinating it. The operation runs.

Tools

An operations engagement rather than a system build — we work inside the company's existing tools and processes, adding the structure, tracking, and follow-through around them.
